DNA → RNA: What Do Students Think the Arrow Means? written by L. Kate Wright, J. Nick Fisk, and Dina L. Newman from the Rochester Institute of Technology, explores misconceptions students have about the central dogma of biology. Students often have conceptual errors in their interpretation of transcription, which leads to an incorrect understanding of the central dogma.
