Summer Intern Training Begins!
Join us in welcoming nine new production staff members to 3D Molecular Designs! Their first week of training focuses on familiarizing themselves with 3D Molecular Designs' products and discovering how modeling enhances student learning. The production staff is pivotal in constructing high-quality products, and we appreciate your patience as we experience a two-week shipping delay due to many of our previous production staff graduating and securing internships. Congratulations to our graduating team and welcome to our new staff members!
Science Spotlight
Dr. David Ho, MD, has been an instrumental researcher of HIV/AIDS for 27 years and has helped discover how a person can manage HIV in their body. HIV was a death sentence before the development of triple cocktail therapy, now known as antiretroviral therapy (ART). Patients take several drugs that stop the viral life cycle at different points, and the virus found becomes suppressed to undetectable levels in the patient's bloodstream. Ho showed that HIV can be a manageable chronic condition through this combination of anti-viral therapy. Click here or below to hear David Ho tell his remarkable story about his research!
